By making a donation, you affirm that:

You are a U.S. citizen or lawfully admitted permanent resident.

The contribution is made from your own funds and not provided by another person or entity.

You are not a corporation, labor organization, foreign national, or other prohibited contributor.

You are at least 18 years of age.
Contributions are not tax-deductible for federal income tax purposes.
Contribution Limits
Colorado law limits contributions to candidate committees for State House of Representatives to:

$450 per election cycle from any one natural person

$450 per election cycle from a Small Donor Committee

No corporate or labor organization contributions

Cash or cryptocurrency contributions may not exceed $100
An election cycle runs from 30 days after the last general election for the office sought until 30 days after the next general election.
Recordkeeping & Public Disclosure
Colorado campaign finance law (C.R.S. 1-45-108) requires disclosure of all contributions.
Your name, address, employer, occupation, contribution amount, and date will be publicly reported in filings available through the Colorado Secretary of State’s TRACER system (https://tracer.sos.colorado.gov).
